our mission, vision and purpose

Mission:

To connect healthcare innovation, investment and adoption, backing companies whose technology can reach the people who need it.

Vision:

A world where healthcare breakthroughs complete the full journey, from validation to investment to bedside, without dying in the gaps between.

Purpose:

To transform healthcare by asking the question the rest of the market skips. Will this actually be adopted?

Innovation alone creates nothing. Capital alone creates nothing. Adoption alone creates nothing. Value exists only where all three are bound together.

How we evaluate adoption

Gap

The unmet clinical need. Consequential, urgent, and unresolved today.

Resolution

Whether it resolves that need in real time, rapidly and accurately.

Onramp

Whether it can enter and scale inside real health systems.

Worth

Whether adoption converts into durable revenue and lasting value.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

What we look for

Commercial traction

Revenue-generating companies at Seed and Series A with paying customers and evidence of repeat use. We do not invest at the idea stage.

Consequential problems.

Clinical and operational problems whose resolution changes outcomes, cost or access at scale.

Speed and accuracy at the point of care

Products that deliver a usable answer inside the clinical moment, not after it.

A credible route in

A defined path through procurement, governance, workflow and reimbursement.

Evidence that travels. Validation that predicts performance in the next health system, not only the first.

Values

1

Give First. Lead with generosity. Trust the return.

2

Stay in the Trenches. We are in it with you.

3

Back What Gets Adopted. We invest in what reaches the world.

4

Bridge Worlds. Clinical and commercial. Capital and care.

5

Play the Long Game. Relationships over transactions.

6

Human First. Behind every solution is a life.

What we do not claim

There are no realised exits. GrowQ360 is a first-time institutional fund and says so plainly.

Company-provided metrics are labelled as such and are not independently verified. Platform capabilities in beta are described as beta.

The Fund has not yet begun investing. Companies shown reflect the General Partner’s sourcing, special purpose vehicles and pipeline, and are not current Fund holdings.

Any investor who requires a realised track record should not proceed, and we would rather say that here than three meetings from now.
